No. You have 34 RS games in Euroleague + playoffs + F4. And you have 34 RS games in Acb + 3 rounds of playoffs. And the you have Copa del Ray and Super Copa. Max is 41 in Euroleague and 47 in Acb. + Copa del Ray and Super copa. Theoretically 90+ games.

Sims missed the Memphis game but I don't know if that's because he was a trade chip or if he has an injury but he was on the injured reserve.

Depending on the severity obviously, 3-6 weeks without surgery. Not much longer with surgery either but, they usually manage it so the player can make it to the off-season for usually minor surgery.
