Seems like a project but, made his bones playing defense so Thibs will love him. Decent BBIQ. Has some court vision with decent passing as well. Likes contact. Likes to get going downhill but, needs to work on his finishing. His shot looks weird though. His defense looks promising. Kind of a sloppy player but, maybe he can put it all together and find a bench role in the league. I have no expectations for this kid right now at all. G League all day.

Necessity is the mother of invention. If the FO doesn't secure a vet C, this guy has an opportunity to impress the coaching staff and get on the roster.

If you shorten it you get Shulk which is not unlike the rude and inappropriate name used for the departed Hartenstein

Shulk is not to be confused with She-Hulk

Freeman was a guy the Knicks were rumored to want, though I think the Knicks did very well with 56 and 58. It looks like it was a deep draft, with good players still available in the 50s.

Looks like they will be getting two-way deals.

Knicks have 12 under contract plus they'll bring back Achiuwa and give a backup PF the TPMLE. Then they have 3 two-way slots for these two and Toppin.
