We are falling apart in the 4th...the minutes our 5 starters are playing are unsustainable

It finally clicked for me when I saw how many OPEN 3's Indy hit in the 4th
Prior to that I was saying to myself- "look at us- with 6 guys we are out-classing Indy"

At the end of the half when Thibs played virtually 6 guys (Kolek 2 mins; Sims 4 mins or so), I turned to my wife and said, "watch us fall apart in the 4th quarter due to fatigue again..."

Lo and behold...

The fact we were up 10 on Pacers late in their bldg with an on fire Haliburton and Math is a very good sign. This thing should turn around with health being one of the big x factors (and continued gelling together)

Our 3 biggest needs right now: Defense, Rebounding, Depth. The return of Precious, Payne, and Mitch should solve those issues to a degree.

With that said, Thibs is clearly underachieving right now.

Yes but we also know for a fact that Thibs can coach a team that has an elite rim protector and some good wing defenders. We know that as pretty much a fact at this point.
