Truth

Maxey went 0-10 3P and JB had to knock down that clutch 3 for us to barely squeak a W at home vs a struggling team

He echoes my sentiments

WHAT HAPPENED TO HUKPORTI?

They say he’s better than Bridges… I mean when he has a good game so it fits their agenda, then they say that of course. They don’t say anything now, but they will still hate on Bridges

If Bridges came off the bench we would get this Bridges every night.

Good to see Mikal having a good game. I honestly hope he can find some consistancy in his game---he seems to me like a really likable guy with a great head on his shoulders. I'm still rooting for him on every shot that he takes...just hoping for the best.

One thing though that Knick fans and the crowds in general need to keep in the back of their minds is that it is definitely NOT Mikal's fault that Leon gave up 5 FRPs for him.

This is proof that ANYTHING can happen in the NBA and that sometimes we KNICKS fans worry too much!

We wouldn't worry if we weren't 0-7 against the top 3 contenders in blow out losses.

I said it before and I'll say it again: we might never see those top 3 contenders in the playoffs. So, fans worrying about them now is futile.

There's no way anyone was seriously saying Grimlikina is better than Mikal Bridges

mikal looks depressed, OG looks completely aloof out there just going through the motions, hart and towns hurt, bench has had no time to develop and build chemistry

thanks a lot thibs

puh... yeah I don't know. Always good to beat the Sixers but we have to grind until the last second to beat those **** teams and lose against the top 3 by wide margings. not good.
At least we survived the scoring spree from Quentin Klay H20 Grimes.

A Brunson crunch time miracle to come back and beat the worst team in the league.

Anyone praising and defending Thibs half-azzed coaching just wants to see the team fail so they can push agendas.

i don't think thibs is a half-assed coach. he's among the elite. we were a very competitive team last year. our new roster has way more pu$sy energy and it's clearly not a fit. so we either need to make trades or replace the coach, i won't blame either side for the mismatch but it's not gelling together

Thibs is a solid coach who is not coaching up to his potential. He's half-azzing it.

If he can't evolve ...he needs to go.

The fit? The highest scoring starting 5 in Knicks history has pu$$y energy? The best start in 28 years and the most wins at the ASB in 51 years isn't gelling? It's not the coach. It's the players.

The bench is used less than any bench in the league in the last 20 years. The team seems to ignore the 3pt shot on both ends of the floor. Drop coverage and paint protection at all costs. Can't make adjustments for anything. No real offensive system to talk about. The list is endless.

It's not the coach. The players just don't fit together. Yeah. Ok.

Last year? We had 6 different lineups last year. Why do people keep acting like last year was some amazing team? Brunson/DDV/Hart/Precious/Shart/Deuce. That was last year's core. We had one month of a great run with OG/Randle. Then we patched together a 7.5 man rotation out of scraps for months.

Waiting to see Mitch back. We can see what it all should look like then. Such a great HC that we have to wait until March to see what we should look like.

Brunson/Payne
Mikal/Deuce
OG/Hart
KAT/Precious
Mitch/(KAT/Precious)

That's what we're waiting to see. Hopefully that's the miracle cure to all of our flaws. I wonder why we waited until March to try it out. The players must be the problem.

Do you guys think his friendship has changed with Jalen and Josh?

Maybe they glamorized what it would be like to team up together only to realize that the dream was better than the reality

It's kind of wild to me how much blame Mikal is getting this season. His numbers since December have been pretty on par with Ray Allen when he played for the Celtics

Without Brunson's heroics our record would be the same as the Pacers, Pistons and Bucks sitting sitting right below at 5 games back.

Jalen is awesome, but relying on him to bail us out is not a recipe for success.
