I actually like THJ. I just don't like the contract and it makes me question the direction of the team, this is a win now move, not a tank move

Tim Hardaway is JJ Reddick but younger, with more athleticism and potential. This is not that bad of a deal

Disagree with your first point but agree with the second to a degree because Timmy the player isn't even worth that. You're right though, this organization has no plan, signing THJR is just more proof that it has no plan. In this league, management is king and, unless you have LeBron, management is the only way to succeed.
