You're consuming nothing but water?
Correct sir, it's a very good way to clear out the toxins in your body and it allows you to think clearer.

Is it really that hard to go around the gym, hit every muscle with machines/weights, do 5-10 variations of ab exercises and run a mile or two 3-4 times a week while eating just sensibly? Avoid the midtown 1 dollar burgers, pizza, and excessive chinese food and carbs.....it's really age and logic.
I'm near my mid 30s now, and just by wisening up and looking at calories and keeping up my exercise routine I'm in amazing shape. A lot of these exercise routines, while obviously effective are really quick/painful fixes. Just being logical keeps you in great shape for your entire life. You'll burn out on this stuff in 3 weeks-2 months and be right back throwing down **** street food.

TKF wrote:well I can speak for myself. I have been through p90x 3 times and now I have adjusted and shortened the workouts to fit my needs and schedule. Some of us have busy schedules.. for me, getting to a gym right now after i have a 50 minute commute each way is not feasable.. So I get up early in the morn and do my workout at home. I have my bands, weights and pull up bar right here with me and I don't have to leave home to drive to a gym. I like it because p90x gives you a good balanced workout and watching them really helps you keep your form and technique in the exercise, especially when you get tired and your form starts to fail..
Also it encourages you to eat the right way, so yea, in a nutshell, people should be able to work out on their own, go to the gyn and eat right.. but for those who like that little push at home, those who like a nice workout regiment that fits their schedule, programs like p90x are perfect..
