The Suns adding two lottery picks to their young core could be a nice up and coming team. It'll be fun to watch them develop (I've become a big fan of Goran Dragic).

I think the Wolves could steal a game from the Jazz and make things interesting, but I have high doubts about the Lakers seeing the post season right now.

and A Game of Thrones OT thread would be a nice addition to the board, we had a Walking Dead one right?

Also, I'll be honest: I'm a tad underwhelmed with GoT this season. Too much screen time for the Stark kids (minus Arya of course).

Trust me, you're going to be in awe of this season when it's done. They're just introducing new characters and setting things up. The payoff will be monumental. That is all.

agree.

although they should always show danearys and her dragons every episode. that has to be a must. that was my only gripe with last nights episode.

This draft is starting to feel like a 1 player(Noels) draft for me. Can McLemore even dribble?

Mclemores dissapearing act in the tournament is also a point of concern. I would be leery of taking him 1st overall. Id be more inclined to consider Muhamad before him tbh.

Noel probably is the no.1 guy right now just like Kenyon Martin appeared to be the logical guy for 1st overall in 2000. I think Noel will end up with a similar career if his knees are ok long term. Thats a good thing since Martin had some real good years.

Marcus Smart I like a lot but not at 1. Same goes for Porter and Oladipo.

Im not really on the Suns team right now. Dragic is the only player on that team that may be considered above average for his position and the rest of the team basically consists of guys that have solid role player ceilings. With how well Walker is doing in Charlotte, the Suns may have the title of the least impressive team in the NBA. Even if they have two lotto picks this drafts top players arent exactly franchise caliber guys for the most part.

question, is Jermaine O Neal a FA this summer? God I wish we could bring him on for next year, he'd fit right in with this group.

But then again, those Phoenix witchdoctors have him playing at a level he more than likely wouldn't replicate once he leaves them.

He said competing for a ring is unimportant to him, so I doubt he's going anywhere

Hell NO to JO. Once he leaves Phoenix his body is going to fall apart. Besides, this needs to get younger. Not older.

DEERFIELD, Ill. -- The setback Joakim Noah suffered with plantar fasciitis in his right foot could leave the Chicago Bulls big man out for the rest of the regular season, while potentially jeopardizing the All-Star's playing time in the playoffs.

This kind of puts Camby's woes in a different light to me tbh.

Not really good for us.

Bulls should get 5th. They could beat the Nets and give Heat trouble in the 2nd round.

Some interesting games/storylines tonight around the nba, anyone got any predictions?

Rockets-Suns- New Rockets take on former Rockets.

GSW-Minnesota - Rubio vs. Curry in a battle of young exciting PGs.

Bucks-Heat- first round preview?

LAL-NOH - Lakers try to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Jazz-Thunder- Jazz try to hold on to the 8th spot.

Any predictions on these games?

Jazz will win. They want that 8th seed. LA will lose. Book it.

Bucks will win as well. Miami always has trouble with Milwaukee.

ONE of our realistic pathways to the Finals would be for the Bulls to knock off the Heat. Rose comes back, plays well, they manhandle Miami and eke out the series win. We'd have homecourt against the Bulls. They match up well with us but they're beatable.

As is Miami. Not the greatest team I've ever seen.
