Jokic was actually the guy I was trying to trade Jabari for. Was debating between the two players when OTC at 32.

I will say that I don't like that paring defensively with KP at all. Team is slow footed and while Jokic is amazing offensively, is still a negative on defense.

he just is too skilled and talented to pass up there. I will make it work. Will have to get the right complimentary pieces. If the right offer comes in I will always be willing to talk to the people who wanted him though.

Yeah, he was definitely solid value. One of my favorites in the game. I was literally flip flopping between him and Jabari at 32. I love his offensive game, just not the fit with KP.

seriously, I need to stand out. Drafting this far down I need to be different. Having two of the most skilled talented big men in the league will be an offensive nightmare. And KP blocks shots and defends and Jokic is a rebounding machine.

defensively it will take time (and other good fitting pieces). Offensively its unstoppable with Jokic post up and passing ability and KP's range and cutting ability.

very possible. I had targets of McCollum and Milsap originally who were taken. Then I was thinking shot blocking and make it impossible to score in the paint with Gobert or Whiteside.

So I decided to get the best value IMO and while the defensive fit isn't sexy. Offensively its beyond dynamic.
