Ok draft him.... going to laugh at all of you when I told you all frank is not a full time NBA pg, and we should have drafted Miles Bridges or SGA before Knox.

What position is his skinny azz playing with no ISO game.. it ain't SG.. he's to small for SF, I doubt he beats RJ/Knox out for that spot. See he's a Bench player...

There is no way Vassell should be drafted before Hayes, Kira, Obi, even Nesmith, Bey or Okoro.

that is not the question you asked me I would take a few of those players over Vassell.

But Vassell is an excellent defender, knox is one of the worst defenders. So comparing those two players makes no sense.

and miles bridges is booty

Yeah Vassell ain't Knox. Vassell plays winning basketball, Knox does not

I'm still concerned about Vassell's jump shot form, but I do buy his off the dribble potential

Ok... lets save this, I called Graham last year.. im calling Miles this year especially if they get LaMelo and no big all-star. Miles is going to drop 18ppg this year while Knox will be still riding the bench. Save this.

Knox is horrible...not sure your point. Knox was a horrible pick and I never wanted him or liked him.

You don't know how Vassell defense will be against NBA talent... everyone is his size or bigger in the NBA. If it took Mikal Bridges time to get his game together in Phoenix... where do you think Vassell game is going to be... because I can tell you now... Vassell is not a better prospect than what Mikal Bridges was.

Knox has no feel for the game

That's why I don't get too excited over combine results or a guy being a specimen

If Knox knew how to play he'd be using that long body to good effect even with his mud shoe feet

But Knox probably is only going to be useful as a bench scorer for a fast breaking offense that pushes the ball hard and gets him in stride or open in the corner. Knox has no first step, but he covers lots of ground on the break so he can be effective in specific scenarios, but he is not versatile or savvy on his own

I'm all for giving him one shot with Thibs to prove me wrong, but if he can't generate anything on either end we need to move on

If someone is offering anything of value for Knox, even a 2nd round pick, I'd trade him right now. I've seen enough. Dude is garbage on defense and I don't think he'll ever be good on D

I'm pretty sure they'll package him if they are working out any trades right now. There's a reason the FO did not leak Knox as part of their plans, because he probably is not

I was told yesterday he's bananas, but I agree. He's much better than Payton and I thought he looked sharp in the bubble. Much cheaper way to have some stability at PG without splurging a four year $90M commitment to FVV

I'd like him + a PG drafted at # 8

If Dennis actually plays well under Thibs, you'd have depth for the next year while the club sorts itself out

Facts. He’s not a flashy name and played in OKC behind SGA and CP3 so it went largely unnoticed, but they legit had a 3 headed monster at pg that’s what made them so unexpectedly good this past season. Always had a starting caliber pg on the flooor

100% + cheaper/fewer years (only 1yr/15.5M) than what FVV will get

doubt the rumor has any legs considering the source

It says a lot actually. Detroit wouldn’t be at the workout if they didn’t feel like they had a legit shot to move up and get him.

if Pistons dont take him, draft Killian Hayes @ 8

Draft Leandro Balmaro at 27 (great passer)

Dump Randle, Gibson, Knox and Smith Jr. for a pick or a starter

Killian Hayes
Frank Ntilikina
RJ Barrett
Maurice Harkless
Mitchell Robinson

Leandro Balmaro
Damyean Dotson/Wayne Ellington
Reggie Bullock/Ignas Brazdeikis
Bobby Portis
Kenny Wooten

Let these guys develop, tank for Emoni Bates. peace
