Looked like it was more of KAT's choice - he always seemed to want to bring it down low and perhaps get his 3pts via fouls (which they mugged him on all the time). 8-)

Mitch was amazing yesterday; he was +19 in 22 minutes. Thibs was asked, "when did you start trusting Mitch to guard out on the parameter?" and he replied, "four years ago".

Honestly, I can see the Knicks losing the next two at home and going on to win in 7 on Boston's floor. I'm convinced they are going for whatever result causes me the most near heart attacks per game.

I have always believed. Been telling, we were beating them even last year if healthy.

His defense and boarding in game 1 was vital. He was more impactful in game 2 but only cause he was a lot more dominant.

Point being We don't win either games without him.

I think I might be biting on the mitch slander when it's only being posted to fck with sham. Id normally let that slide but we're locked in the playoffs and I cant abide even if the cause is just and righteous

What a game by Bridges. The shot-making and the defensive plays were absolutely fantastic.

And when you observe Tatum's loose handle on the final play and you contrast it with Brunson's puppeteering with the ball, you can see the advantage we have in a close game. We have the best closer, so we can feel comfortable in a close game.

Our team has more soul too. The Celtics are a great team because they follow the data but they can seem robotic and hopefully that extra bit of grit that we have can take us over the top. We'll always have that character so long as Hart and Mitch are on the team.

Salute to our boys.

Just like you fr

Thankoo

He wasn't scoring like crazy at the end of the game (did have that big putback and1 tho), but he kept us in the game early. Without him, we don't win.

Anyone getting Mavs vs Heat 2011 vibes yet?

Superstar and closer surrounded by defense and shooting vs massive favorite that doesn't play as hard and chokes while looking at each other like "wait, we're losing? what? that's not supposed to happen! we're better!"

And i was one of the foolish non-believers thinking he was washed. Now here we are up 2 because mitch helped force Tatum into 2 difficult shots to close both games.

Who never showed up like mitch has in a playoff series(plural)

Its kinda wild that a guy who key to winning 2 (currently working on his 3rd) playoff series gets very lil love.
