Ben (NYC)

At this point in the day...how r the chances looking that the Lebron chooses NYK tonight?

Chris Sheridan (12:07 PM)

Better than most are believing. The winds constantly shift on this story, you may have noticed.

Saying Kobe never pulled **** like this is the biggest joke of all. What he did was worse actually he was on video throwing his GM and teammate (Bynum) under the bus.

Connecticut, New Jersey, and a small majority Vermont are pretty much Knick Fans... Why the hell would Lebron announce the decision to join the heat in the NY infested tri state area

Joe (New York)

What do you think the percent chance of LeBron going to New York is?

Chris Sheridan (12:52 PM)

50ish.

Bosh is doing a S&T so he's getting max, Wade is in the middle of a divorce that can get nasty if she gest custody as child support and alimony would be high so he's not taking a discount and Lebron could've took less @ CLE and added more guys via trades if he wanted to win and stay home.

I guess you forgot the power struggles with Shaq and wanting to be traded off the team a couple of years ago.

He was being an immature douche but he wasnt screwing with NBA Execs and the entire balance of the league.

kobe was immature, as was jordan in his earlier years. there's nothing wrong with that. but you didn't see kobe or jordan pull this stunt.

and please, dont tell me that he's doing it for the kids. he's doing this to get paid. the marketing plan is good.

The newest Chicago Bull, Carlos Boozer, told a source of mine earlier today that LeBron James is “50 percent Miami, 50 percent New York.” Dime

Now does Boozer know anything? Probably not. But if what he says is even partially true, all this Beasley and Miller stuff could be more meaningful.

Ok, so why not give credence to this? If true, it's just as powerful as any other report.

Why the hell would BOOZER? out of all people know. but that did make me laugh thanks.

Also who in their right mind would still be 50-50 on picking a team 9 HOURS! before their own press conference. im calling bull. Im pretty sure right now that he knows 100%-0% what team hes going too

Boozer was on a radio show after and said he was trying to recruit Lebron to play for the Bulls. From what I understand he and Lebron are still on good terms despite what happened in Cleveland. All he said was that Lebron had narrowed it down to two teams. He didn't say what the two teams were or whether he was leaning one way or another. I think dime mag took his quote way out of context.

http://sports.espn.go.com/chicago/nba/n ... id=5363820

"He [Lebron] was weighing between two different teams, and he [texted he] would make a decision [Thursday night]," Boozer said Thursday on "The Waddle & Silvy Show" on ESPN 1000. "He didn't give me too much more juice than that."

this is constantly overlooked. in addition to beasley needing to be moved, how come there's no beasley rumors out there??

That's the last shred of hope that I'm holding on to.

If he says Miami and then someone asks him, "why Greenwich" and he says some isht like, "because i have an engagement to attend this weekend" I will drive to Greenwich, get there before he leaves and laugh in his face.

Expect rumors about the Knicks to pick up steam again as the day goes by and then Lebron choosing the Bulls.

Why Greenwich? WHY!?

That's 15-20 minutes from my house and 15 minutes from the Knicks' practice facility. WHY would he come to our backyard to say that he's going to Miami??? He needs to watch his back at Melo's wedding in NYC. There are going to be A LOT of angry New Yorkers.

Greenwich is close to Bristol, ESPN's main studio. I'm guessing they figured there were going to be too many snoops if they did it in the studio, ergo an undisclosed location in Greenwich.

Jared Dudley is going to get the most profanity-laced tweet in the history of Twitter should LeBron not sign with the Knicks.
