I like Bradley as a player, but he doesnt hold a candle to Donovan Mitchell. Not now, not when Avery was a rookie, and not 3 years from now.

Yeah, I hate the AB comparison... I've been trying to find a comparison as well and have had no luck. He has twitchy athleticism. Pitino's best pro from Louisville.

Fat Lever, also a bit of Vernon Maxwell.

Saw A LOT of Monta. Monta was the fastest player in the league at one point. Different player. Not knocking the comp but dont see it.

When I think of undersized 3 guard with elite defense, creative scoring, outside streaky shooting ability I think of a few names. Avery Bradley, Tony Allen don't quite make the cut on the creative scoring angle. Spree, Starks, Dumars all to me are on that short list. I also am tempted to include Gary Payton in that club as well. GP was a scoring pg before it was en vogue so I wonder what he would have looked like in todays game.

lol that's a really bad comparison. Monta was a pure slasher and played no defense. Mitchell is a + shooter and looks to become an elite defender.

That's what I used to say as well. But Mitchell's game on offense is so much stronger, even beyond shooting.

Happy to see him land in a great situation, Utah was a really nice place for him

Hindsight is 20/20 but imagine if we grabbed Mitchell and Kuzma in the draft.

Mitchell’s an a+ shooter, shooting sub 40% and less than Monta shot his rookie season? If you don’t like the comparison fine, but let’s not hype the kid up to be an all star just yet.

Memphis lost 8 straight, Gasol pissed at Fizdale, I wonder who wins that battle.

Monta was a terrible defender.
Mitchell is already a very good defender. Will be great.

He's shooting 6 3's a game. When has Monta ever done that in his career? Also, Monta's career faded quickly because he was a putrid defender.

NBA Game Time on possible upcoming trades. No Knicks players mentioned but their analysis of what and why teams will or will not pull the trigger is interesting and may apply to us at some point.

Mike Conley goes down, it’s a tough situation. Gasol for Deandre straight up, who says no and why?
