We're seeing with teams like ours that roster construction is so critical. With teams like the Cavs we are witnessing the power of great coaching. I don't know much about Coach Finch, but it does look like Minny is going to squander Edwards too if they don't figure it out.

Not an Edwards expert, but my impression is his natural gifts are elite, but he is not an absolute superstar who can dominate games with sub-optimal conditions or change the destiny of his club by himself.
