Goddamn I love this game. The 3rd one can't come out soon enough.

By far the best series this generation.

That reminds me, I bought the DLC for it. I need to go play that. I bought Kasumi, Overlord and the Shadow Broker right before the New Year for, I think, $7 combined. I just end up playing Black Ops instead because someone is always on inviting me to a game. -Jitpal

some of these make sense like spidey and the Knicks since he operates out of new york. But the hulk and the celtics... Okay...? I get the green thing but its a bit of a stretch. still it's kind of cool I guess, although obviously I'm not buying any of the crap they are selling.

easiest thing to do might be a system restore, back to a point before she managed to find this.

Also, do you use any anti virus/spyware/adware software? If you do, then do the obvious

ban your girlfriend from using your machine.

This.

Thanks, but I still don't quite get it. Let's say Adam wanted to achieve muscle endurance for his biceps. And let's say Bob wanted to have toned biceps. What would be the difference between their training regiments?

Let me give you an example. A bicep workout that is more towards toning would be 20 lb dumbbells, 20 reps, for 5 sets. A workout for bicep endurance would be 20 lb dumbbells until you can't do one more rep(burn out), then without any break a 10 lb to burn out, no break then straight to 5 lb to burnout. 2-3 sets of this would suffice.

Muscle toning is more anaerobic exercise which improves that muscles ability to exert force over a short period of time. While muscle endurance training is more aerobic training which allows your muscles to exert itself for longer periods without fatigue.

Of course every type of bicep workout will have an effect on muscle endurance, muscle tone, and muscle strength to some degree. Some training methods just put more of an emphasis on a particular one.

If this is what I think it is, you have yourself a big annoying problem. I know because I had it happened to my computer. The best way to fix it is to do a system restore from a last known working date.

First, try to remove software and delete any folders, delete cookies and cache and all that stuff. Most likely that might not work so that's what you have to do the recovery.

If you can't remove it, you might need to clean out your registry keys so you can remove the software.

Damn, that's awesome. You are the man.

I've been doing a lot of muscle endurance type exercises, but mixing in bursts of cardio to burn fat. I'd love toned arms, but who has the patience for 20 reps x 5 of low weight?

My problem is that I have a hard time building my chest. No matter how much I try, my shoulders, back and arms seem to get big while my chest stays weak. I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong or if it's just because I have a wide frame with big shoulders.

LTK, you answered your own question bro. Regmech.exe is not malware and the path looks fine. As long as its not in the windows/sys32 folder, you're good to go. Your best bet for tight security is to run a non-Administrator account as the primary account, this way any and all changes/crucial processes have to be authorized.

If you want to be on the safe side (apart from the virus scan), use a program like this.

Yeah my boy had that same problem. He had huge deltoids and traps but his bird chest just made him look like a fool. I bookmarked the link below a few years back, its a great read about the chest and my boy used the info and workout suggestions. It actually made a big difference in about 3-4 months or so. Thats big for someone who was lifting semi-serious for about 5 years and didn't show any pectoral promise.

Kasumi and Lair of the Shadow Broker are both good.

Overlord kinda stunk, imo, just because it brought back the driving aspect from the first game. It has a good story tho.

I've used RegMech before uninstalled it but whatever, the paid version can help get some processes in order.

I'd buy a NY one if they put Deadpool on it. Wolvey should be on the Raptors one. Spidey makes sense, but the shirt looks pretty corny. Human Torch for the Heat and Dr. Strange should take his talents to the Wizards...or the Magic.

So glad you just said that because I JUST got it in the mail today. The 3rd one looks like it's dropping in the Holiday though.

Yeah, I think it was pushed back from when they projected it to be done.
