Breaking News!

According to sources upon hearing the rumor of a Knicks trade, Carmelo Anthony was seen streaking through the hallways of an unnamed hotel. Witnesses reported seeing a rather tall black man wearing a Yankee fitted, and an Earl Monroe throwback Knicks jersey, run through the hotel's lobby without wearing any pants. One eye witness claimed the man stopped at the hotel's lounge bar, and proceeded to do the Harlem Shake. Police confirmed the identity of the man to be Carmelo Anthony, but no charges were pressed against the All-star forward.

That sounds about right. Still, the key thing is that the Knicks and Nuggets are moving toward working something out.

And I feel that this leak can only help us close off other options in Melo's mind.

Plus Donnie's statement today was very interesting and surprising.

The deal as reported was too good to be true. We're gonna have to give up more. I'm fine with this so long as only draft choices or guys who don't get significant minutes are involved.

Every player that can save them money will be gone. I still think we are keeping 2 out of the young 3.

I would willingly trade almost anyone else on the roster besides Stat, Ray, Gallo, Fields to make this thing go through.
