#6 + Suns unprotected 2020 pick

That'd be nice, but I see it being protected. Kind of like the Dallas-Atlanta trade.

Gotta include Mikal Bridges in the package too. Him AND Deandre Hunter (if we take him 6th) would fit in nicely around KD and Kyrie.

Declining Memphis invitation is just going to make them want him more.

It's going to be a punch in the gut when RJ is called at #2.

RJ in most years is a #8 pick.

Only because he’s the knicks presumptive pick

If we were picking 4 you’d love rj

You have to analyze carefully who is gonna be better in 5 years time if you are building for long term

Really who is better right now doesnt matter unless you are looking to compete now

Yea, I think that #3 for #8 and #10 is just speculation. That sounds like an NFL trade.

I know the hawks like culver a lot and lot of hawks fans say there front office wants culver badly. Let just say the memphis takes rj barret, the knicks could do two things either trade with the suns and let them have morant but trade frank to the suns also. Options two is trade with the hawks for eight and number but hawks have to take frank if they want culver.

But these players are so fickle they can change their mind next morning

i hear that. but a question i have to ask myself.

is RJ > cam + bol?

what if garland is on the board at 8?

what if you really like sekou doumbouya?

Bol will bust. The guy is down to 190 and will never keep weight on playing an NBA schedule. Hard Pass.

Clarke

Two very good role players to flank the stars (assuming they come & assuming we do this b/c we’re not trading for AD).

i like them too.

Efficient and very good defensively. What team doesn’t need that? Especially with all our chuckers who play one side of the ball, I might do it even if I know we don’t land anyone.

The upside is hard to pass up on RJ / Culver, so I understand both sides.

I dont know if Clarke is a good fit next Mitch. Both are weak 3pt shooters and playmakers. Goga and Sekou could be better options, although I dont know if they could a useful role in a win now team.
