Anyhow, you’re the one claiming that they aren’t. So the burden of proof is on YOU!

Since they seem to be supporting strict COVID prevention protocols does Gavran still mask up outdoors?

I do not wear a mask outdoors. The rows at the cinema here are six feet apart with reclining seats with powerful ventilation so I also don't mask there unless it is crowded. There is very little risk for any vaccinated person outdoors and with a little distance and good ventilation you can be safe indoors in public places now. As long as you don't subject yourself to potentially higher viral loads you should be fine.

However, I still have no desire to go to a concert or a sports stadium packed full of people. I don't go to bars. If I did any of those I would be wearing a mask still. If a store is busy I will put on a mask. If not I don't worry about it any longer.

Why do you wear a mask outdoors?

First thing working against jail time is the criminal justice system's aversion to jailing rich people in general. The biggest reason is they'll be afraid of giving Trump his "Mein Dummkopf" moment and becoming a martyr to the far right, which probably encompasses at least half the right of the country. Then there's the fact he's an ex-President. 3 strikes, Trumps out free. His company will take a hit though.

Lol!

I appreciate the right thinking parts of our oligarchical overlords sending the message to Trump and his sh*tbird family that if they f*ck around and play stupid games they win stupid prizes; that they are trying to put a dent in his financial operations as a strong message. Of course, since the intersection of money and politics is hopelessly corrupt right now, there are endless ways for dark money to make it's way into the Trump coffers. Still, it sends a message that if you stray too far outside the lanes of propriety, there will be some kind of consequences.

I mean, I see the Erik Prince thing the same way. For YEARS this country has been using contracting companies as a way to shield guys from truly being in the CIA etc, or a way for people to be in the CIA without having to be really IN the CIA.
So, I figure in all honesty, that whatever Prince did in Libya was under some kind of deniable, but official cover. Or, the vast majority of things he's done has been. But some of the back channel stuff he did, plus MAYBE this specific Libya situation, he strayed out his lane. And Prince knows that FBI etc knows that he had cover, but he also knows that they are asserting their legal rights, flexing their muscle, as a signal to watch exactly what, and for who, he's getting involved with. I bet nothing becomes of it, but it was still worth it, because it's their way of saying "We can do this. And we both know we have more than this on you, so cool it"

Just a theory.

Because it is mandatory in public transportation, and I'm just going to keep it on myself in the time I'm between 2 buses. Plus my glasses get foggy, and I can discretely stare at women's butts, without them noticing.

I understand they cynic's take on why they won't get taken down, but it is probably closer to your truth if you just look at Trump's crew as guys who took their corruption too far. IOW, they didn't play the game with any discretion, but steamrolled their way through four years in a smash and grab style and the rest of the capitalists are not happy about it.

That's what is happening. You might have been right in a Bebe Rebozzo world, but these felons broke all of the rules of polite corruption so they are going down. Besides, the amount of grand juries or attorney general actions against Trump are around a half dozen now if you count NY State, NYC, Westchester, Georgia and DC. And those are just the ones we know about.

And that does not even include the January 6th prosecutions looming for higher ups. It is definitely coming. You're acting like storming the Capitol is just business as usual and people will wipe their hands of it. Uh no man

Look, Nixon's people did time and there is no Gerald Ford to save Trump this time around. These guys make Watergate look like a picnic. There was just too much criming going on to ignore Buzz.

Oh, and one other thing besides insurrection: treason. Putin is not the guy other fat cats want calling the shots. The DOJ just raided Oleg Deripaska. That wasn't for show. They just sentenced Parnas and they are taking down Rudy for the Ukraine BS. They are going to firewall the Russians from our system after this if they can. There were reports recently of aggressive new cyber warfare intiatives from Moscow. Trump was a mole and he is going down. And they fcked with this President's family so it is also personal even if Biden is a master of pretending to be impartial. There is not a chance in hell Joe won't put away Trump if he can.

Fox News looney tune caught red-handed in the Willard Hotel loop and Trump’s already flimsy executive privilege assertions look like they are going down in flames even faster because of it

I love that one of the most deranged Fox hosts is implicated in the insurrection activities. You just knew some of these people like Carlson and Hannity have crossed the line into collusion numerous times

My family hated my mask wearing, they said it made me appear like I was going to rob a place. They were mortified and wouldn't walk into a store or restaurant with me wearing it. Of course, that was back in 2017/2018 before all you people copied me and started wearing them.

I first wore it in Japan 15-20 years ago, I was sick and wanted to respect the locals. Plus it made sense to me - physical barrier stops droplets from spreading the disease.

I liked it in colder weather for warmth, regardless of being sick or not. And IDGAF if people look at me sideways.

This Aaron Rogers guy is a real creep. It is one thing to defend your right to do something or not, but this guy is not only a liar and a cheat, he is also stupid and FOS about it all while being unrepentant and passing the buck. He’s like everything stupid and arrogant rolled up in one package. This clown blames woke and cancel culture for his own self-inflicted controversy. What a tool
