*Felton traded to the Knicks. Knicks not matching Lin?

I want to ask everyone who is assuming Lin won't be back... who is our 2nd SG the first two months of the season (and even when Shump is back it may be a while before he can play any real minutes)?

Melo will play a lot of 4, and as such Smith will play a lot of 3. We are going to have 30 minutes a night to fill for the 2nd SG. WE DO NOT HAVE A 2ND SG ON OUR ROSTER AND NOBODY IS AVAILABLE.

If you really look at this logistically, we are signing Felton because, when it comes down to it, there are no SGs available that we can afford and who we would trust playing 20-30 minutes a night!

I think I disagree with you there. Fatty & Amare were a good team. I'm also not entirely sold that Lin's an elite PG. He's very much a curiosity, but I think the jury is still out on how good he was.

I'm very pleased with the Portland deal. We massacred them. Jared Jeffries has value. Gadzuric doesn't even play!!

Kurt Thomas is one of my favorite Knicks ever and Raymond Felton played GREAT for us in 2010. I'm also pleased we got 2 stashed euro players as well.

This is an A+ deal, any way you look at it. Great work by Grunwald.

The only useful euro player rights that they had are Jon Diebler's, I hope we get him here.

Maybe we sign one of the greeks guys this year too? I'd love to see Printezis and Papanikolau over there, role players that can do a little bit off everything, play hard, are tough as hell, and will come cheap.
