He looked good in the summer league last year too, and I’m surprised he didn’t stick anywhere. He should get some good minutes this season though.

They signed him at the end of last season for the last few games, and all signs are pointing toward them signing him for the upcoming season.

Legit love this kid and am psyched to finally see him play a bit, albeit in weak comp. He plays at such pace, esp for a big.

Bruce Brown is putting up 14, 8 and 8 plus a steal and a block per game in summer league in spite of a pretty ugly first game. He had a triple double last night too with 11, 10 and 14. Kid is still raw in plenty of areas but he produces and defends. He leads the entire Summer league with 8.3 APG, the next closest player is averaging 7 flat.

TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Sacramento Kings have agreed to trade James Johnson, Ty Jerome and the right to swap 2021 1st round draft picks to the Detroit Pistons in exchange for Al-Farouq Aminu. (Detroit can swap any 1st round pick they have at the time of the draft with Sacramento).
