RJ because we have DSJr still & because I assume Zion would welcome RJ on his team in an AD trade.

obviously. if we get Davis, KD, and Kyrie we’re going to the finals. That’s arguably a better big 3 then prime heatles. You do it

I'm on your side in the vast majority of debates I read on this side, but this sentence made me choke.

Lebron and Wade alone are in the conversation of greatest two-way players the NBA has ever seen at their positions.

I'm in full agreement on the rest - you obviously do it if you can because that trio has the potential to be historically good. But I can't see any argument this July that it is in any way better than LBJ/Wade/Bosh at their peak.

I don't want AD, injury prone.

The funny thing is that if Mitch showed us he had a decent stroke last year we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

the trio of stars is better then the big 3. I rate AD much higher then Bosh. Kyrie below slightly past prime Wade. KD-Bron closer then people give credit but obviously still lean Bron. Also think that fit is much better with KD and Kyrie both being elite shooters.

Love that quote by Mills. If NOLA wants everything they can screw off. They already got the “generational” talent off luck.

At the time the Heatles assembled "slightly past prime Wade" was two years younger than KD will be next year.

I get AD over Bosh, but Kyrie isn't even remotely close to being in the conversation to me. Out of the 6 guys being debated I have him so far and away the 6th, and LBJ at age 26 and Wade at age 29 are the clear two best players in the whole thing. I'd argue that the "close" matchup is potentially 29 year old Wade and 31 year old KD, which I'd still give to Wade, but nothing is even a little bit close to 26 year old two-way monster Lebron from where I'm sitting.

Again I'm a big proponent of a KD-Kyrie-AD assemblage this summer if it's possible, but I can't see how it's even comparable to the Heat in 2010 outside of putting together three of the best players in the NBA at that point in time.

Of course they aren’t, statistically Knox may have been one of the three worst players in the NBA last season. That’s without mentioning the horrific body language, the motor issues and the obnoxious comments about us « stupid » Knicks fans. The Pelicans know this. He reminds me so much of Bargs.

wade has defense on kyrie but offense is debatable and you could lean kyrie given he’s a better shooter then wade ever was. kyrie has the greatest handles ever and is probably the greatest finisher at the rim for a guard I’ve seen. yes that includes wade. offensively he’s a superstar.

no shot am I taking 29 year old wade over current durant. wade was the better two-way player but KD’s offense is too dynamic for me to put past prime wade over him regardless. when you’re pulling up from 35 feet effortless at 7 foot the gravity you attract can’t be understated.

and like I said those pieces fit together better to me, another factor I’m taking into account. i’m not making any declarations but imo it’s a debate. heatles are still better defensively but I think that potential trio is more dynamic offensively.

You keep Mitch and you keep RJ. Sign KD, and trade our '20 and/or '22, Dallas '21, Dallas '23, Knox, Frank (or Smith), and Trier.
