TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Detroit Pistons have agreed to trade Mfiondu Kabengele and the #16 pick in the 2020 BaF draft to the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for the #28 pick in the 2020 BaF draft as well as modifications* to the protections on the 2022 1st round pick that Philadelphia owes Detroit.

*- Philadelphia has traded their 2022 1st to Detroit now with top 3 protection becoming unprotected in 2023.

The San Antonio Spurs have agreed to trade DeMarcus Cousins, Mohamed Bamba, a 2021 2nd round draft pick (From Denver), a 2021 2nd round draft pick (From New Orleans) and a 2022 2nd round draft pick (From Chicago) to the Boston Celtics in exchange for Jeff Teague, Dwight Howard and Wendell Carter Jr.

Wendell Carter will be very good! And he’s still only 21. Surprised he’s being bounced around. Nice move by the Spurs.

Boston in win now mode. If Cousins resurrects his career, he and Westbrook can be dangerous.

i thought cousins would remain a spur for atleast a season...It will be interesting to see what his rating will be...

Yeah I have now had WCJ twice, it was hard giving him up after just getting him back, but if Cousins can be good it gives me a chance these next two years. Might have sold WCJ too early, but that's alright. I am all about making moves, even if it isn't necessarily best haha.

i think he did it to get back la bamba and move the 5 year wendell contract...dont think it was about cousins hoff..
