I'd feel bad if Wemby suffered a career ender, but at least it would make me happy that it would f*ck up Silver's euro expansion plans.

The NBA has no future as a domestic product if its best players are foreign-born. It wouldn't serve its bigger political purpose.

The expansion plan is flawed beyond belief anyway.

Silver has been in scramble mode for years but all his fixes and gimmicks can't stop the avalanche. Not until USA basketball fixes its talent development system and starts producing more superstar talents.

Buzz
go read Mav fans post to distract you from the doom and gloom of our current situation. The gods didn't give us schadenfreude to waste. Drink the tears of our enemies and ignore our own struggles. It's one of the best things in this hellish life we have. Like what are we doing if we don't stop and look at the car crash.

It would please me if pro sports just imploded. It's a billionaire scheme to extract more wealth from the proles.

I hope they lose all their viewship to people watching 3 second videos of monkeys jacking off to electronic music, or whatever people will be into 5 years from now.
That might actually be too highbrow.

my man, thank you, didn't take long for that link to deliver. i love other fans misery - especially from a smug franchise.

Unfortunately, this earthquake didn't f*ck up large swaths of California, like ours tend to.

Journal Entry by Che Guevara, 12 December 1962
“In his frequent basketball matches, Fidel has started using a new move he simply calls ‘The Step.’ It is undeniably effective, yet is its goodness equally undeniable? As revolutionaries we must not merely pay attention to ends, but to means. I worry that this flash and pomp is not befitting of the revolutionary leader. It serves to separate him too much from those caught in the chains of a maudlin life, marred by oppression and economic strife. Yes, it leads to a basket, but at what cost to the communal spirit?”

lol LeBron is gonna bolt and get traded to golden state for Kuminga. He’s not gonna put up with Luka’s bs. And they went behind his back to trade his boy AD.
