Denver making the utmost example of bad business. I wonder if the GM intends making it a career or is this a 1 time task. One think he's garranteed is angst from GM and scaring off future free agents.

depends what there trying to do..Chandler needs a contract, Gallo, Fields will Follow...maybe they prefer a traditional rebuild. tying up money on role players with nothing to surround them probably isnt their 1st preference.

Wasn't removed by me...but I'd rather see that butt avatar (I know which one you're talking about) rather than some cowboys butt.

Draft picks cost money too. So does Favors (being a 3rd pick he'll cost a lot). So does Harris ($27 million over the next 3 years). So does Murphy (this season). So does actually fielding a team. Kroenke is cheap but he's not stupid enough to realize that you still need a team that can compete. And he'd be saving more money in the Knicks deal.

I have some of these in my freezer. Its amazing. Swear to god it is practically like sushi tuna, I can defrost it in an hour and eat it raw and its delicious or fry it up quick in the pan with some sauteed onions. I am a meat eater. In fact, I joke. And call myself a meatetarian. Because my diet consists of mostly meats. And I dont really eat fruits and veggies. Unfortunately.

Most recently, I have taken more of a.....concern in health and diet. Im not a youngster as you know. And while im not a fat sloppy man, im a big man. Naturally. Just my build. Thick heavy frame. They say my ideal weight is 175. Bull. I was 180 freshman year in high school. And was skin and bones. That was **** YEARS ago bro. LOL.

So,.. now, I want to get more onto my health. Because I never cared about that. I just developed into a big strong guy. Without worrying about it. But now im older so I want to take some steps. Because my moms had a heart attack many years ago. My pops was like me. Just naturally a big strong guy with little thought to diet and fitness. He's gone. For other reasons.

Anyway im getting to personal for the board. But yeah, I have seen and heard about this meat. Not really a sea food fan, (as per your example). But im curious about it. So I think im going to try it out.

If Melo does not get to NY I hope you guys know this whole thing is going to start all over with Deron Williams or Chris Paul, Then Dwight Howard, Then Kevin Durant, then Lebron again, then Derrick rose, then John Wall, Then Amare will retire, then some kid who has not even mad it into the NBA again. I hope this crap is over. It sucks.

I work in education. I was using my time at school to keep my mind off of this but their is a winter vacation next week. All next week. I have no choice but to obsess about this. Win or lose at least the crap will be over. Just like it was with Lebron.
