After winning over the Asian community with Jeremy Lin, the Knicks now expect to win over fat people with (newly acquired, sometimes out of shape guard) Ray Felton.

^YES! :D

Worth noting that Melo started the CP3 rumors BS before the Lin contract renegotiation hit the fan.

Nothing like a ringing endorsement from the "star" player to make a guy feel comfortable.

Yeah Melo is so on my nerves. I guess he's not a bad guy and I shouldn't say he is -- but he really doesn't get it. It's pretty scary that this is our guy.

Melo has really disappointed me honestly. As a true fan, I gave Melo the benefit of the doubt -- all kinds of benefit of the doubt. But now I'm turning the corner in a bad way. I see someone who has no idea really.

I'll be honest. After Linsanity, I automatically assumed he would be our PG for the long-term. It's the only thing that makes sense. How often does something like Linsanity happen? And we were lucky enough to have it happen here in NYC. I mean, you figure if you let something like that go that it could curse your franchise for a very long time. What other team would do that, haggling over 3 years, $25 million? The only explanation is some kind of assurance from CP3 that he's coming over here soon.

F*cking Amare... I don't care how big his contract is, we should've kept Jeffries and Harrelson and made STAT play garbage minutes.

That +/- for Amare is appalling.

yes because that's exactly what every championship team has: a PF **AND** a C who aren't any type of threat offensively.

Wow. Dude, I was joking...

Hell, Amare openly recruited Nash.

It's different because Nash would just be a bridge to Lin taking over. Where if you get CP3, Lin is either a permanent back up or is getting traded.

... Lin is definitely going to be an All-Star because he'll be voted on. But he'll also earn it. He's legit. People need to accept that he's just really good.

That +/- is terrible but he's still a safe bet for offense (something not much of our old roster could bring).

It would be more like finding out there is a Santa Claus, and then watching your family tell him he can't come back, because they don't want to pay for his cookies anymore

If the Knicks got Nash, no way even think of matching Lin.
