Their coaching scares me more. Doc rans plays in the Honey Nut Cheerios game and Woodson never adjusted. Never. And we lost. I have to think Woody won't let that happen again, but who knows?

I'm with you generally, and yet the Celtics looked dead in the water tonight. I don't think they're intentionally playing this badly. They are just old.

Yet gun to my head (don't get all excited), I say they still get a lot of it back together for the playoffs.

Right now, they are pretty awful. That'll probably change in 10 days.

Kobe = 28 on 9/17 shooting at HALFTIME
Lillard = 25 points and 7 assists as well

I didn't watch the game but Kobe's box score is one of the most impressive I've seen all season.

45 points 14/27 16/16FT 8/5/3/4

WOW
Play time is over.

On a back to back Kobe(at 34) drops 47 Pts, 8 Reb, 5 Ast, 3 Stl, 4 Blk on the road to keep a half game lead in the play-offs... :o

Also shot above 50% and the first player to put that line up in NBA history...

Hoping for a Laker OKC 1st round matchup, upset is very possible with Harden now gone. OKC will be forced to play Perkins to match up with Dwight and Pau which means OKC will be 10 times worse.

Nash can outsmart RW in a series, and Kobe has the toughness that KD can dream of.

Detroit 2-0 without Calderon. Drummond / Monroe is going to be the most fearsome 2 some in 2-3 seasons.

I'd draft him over Lillard back then in 2012 June, will do it again in a draft re-do. When cold with his shots, Lillard becomes average. What impressed about Drummond is he has rare combination of elite athleticism, elite speed/ quickness for a big man, elite physique. Now he seems to have soft hands around the rim too, which makes him so potent, and he will only get better.

Neither is Lawson, apparently...the supposed engine to that team. Basketball can be quite the enigma sometimes.

I know what an unbelievable stat line for a player his age. To top all of that off he played all 48 minutes.

I also heard the NBATV announcers mention that the Lakers won 2 or 3 of the last 10 games in portland....
