I don't think Knicks have a choice in terms of starting Timmy. You need some kind of threat out on the perimeter so teams don't feel they can just swarm KP. Courtney Lee on his own ain't gonna cut it.

Sucks when the only reason they call you King is because you'll never be the GOAT. Dude took his first subway ride yesterday, foh with that king of NY troll nonsense.

Korver made it a game again, Lebron took control from there.

I'm happy for him. I hope rehab on the OKC board helped him get off his Melo fix but I doubt it.

Wanted to know if someone would agree to my strategy of ending a game. If you 9 minutes left in the 4th have a 15 point lead that used to be 20 two minutes ago, you shouldn't defend each possession but rather the whole comeback possibility in itself. Shouldn't you just deny the 3, force them to take 2s, and take as much time on attack as possible? That would mean they would have to score a 3 for every our 2. And if we are above 33% on 2 point field goals (which were 41%), they would have to make 10 threes to take the lead, not even counting 2s, those threes being at over 50% shooting. (They made 9 on 56%, we let them shoot whole 16 of them -_-) While with 2's they would need to outscore our field goal percentage 75% to a 40%. (it was 58% to 41%, we just let them take uncontested 3's above that). Also taking your time eliminates lot of turnover possibilities. Taking 20 seconds on offense you would only leave both teams about 16-20 possessions each, in those 9 minutes left. Certainly less than we gave them. Less turnovers would give opponents even less time. I know this is some Hack a Shaq math, but this could've been an ugly win with some defensive adjustments.

That's my philosophy. Pound them inside with Kanter, protect the ball, don't leave shooters, play the ballhandler straight up.

LeBron is pretty dense.

And no he does not like the Knicks organization. It predates Phil.
What he just posted is him again tweaking the Knicks. Nothing to do with Phil. He’s been doing it a few years.

Jack should've been pulled for Frank about 3 minutes of game time earlier than it had happened.

Mcderm should've been the sub instead of Lance for the 4th - he was doing pretty well from what I remember chasing Korver around earlier in the game and could've kept Lee on Lebron.

Korver's hot shooting got the Cavs back to it and the team with more experience in close games (and with the better player) ended up winning.

Tough loss to take - especially with the lead that was built and 3 quarters where the Knicks were in control, but it is what it is - have to expect losses like that with the young squad we have. Learn - Grow - On to the next

This right here is why I don't feel bad when some of these cats get injured. You know this whiney diva wouldn't stop his clucking at how disrespectful it was if he got injured and had to be carted off the court and the MSG crowd booed the whole time. You get what you put out in the world, and in this case "the world" is NYC.

The way some of these guys go out of their way to disrespect and antagonize fanbases, and then expect professional treatment and respect at all other times is funny. Especially when NYC has ridden for him before (The Decision, and he clowned them in the aftermath), and this current issue is on some petty bird stuff with someone who isn'e even affiliated with the Knicks anymore.

I'm cool holding the L at this point - basketball-wise we deserved it; the Knicks choked the game away. But I'll be waiting over here silently - a week, a month, a year, multiple years - for the karmic turn on Lebron.

Ah yes, Tron Carter. The dude that once said he will post the same thing over and over again no matter how wrong he is just to troll other people.

A great source of knowledge you are. Very respectable.
