His comment was a knock against Houston offering a poison pill and putting the knicks in a bad spot. Did he say "Lin is not worth that money man, that's too much" -- it's not the same.. Lin took NY for granted from a financial standpoint and it seems it has backfired.
It's not just the comment. Melo needs to speak up. That's what stars do. Kobe threw a fit when the Lakers traded Odom; that's what Melo needs to do to keep my loyalty.

He said he couldn't run, cut, or jump and would not have been able to contribute. People with an agenda are too stuck on the actual number. He didn't use a knee-measuring device that pumps out a percentage of how good his knee is.
