They got Gordon, lou, nene coming off the bench. If they gonna score 120 per game with Melo there
They traded Lou.

why even workout when you take your sweet time getting back on defense because you disagree with a call. melos a good guy and still a good player but turns into a soft baby on the court when things aint going his way and even now in his career he continues to let players get in his head
you just described lebron james.

lol they're probably laughing at the time. There's no reason that anyone has to workout at 2am. It's fine but for an older guy, it's probably like "wtf?" lol
Besides that, Melo needs someone pushing him a little bit more in those workouts. I hated always running alone to get in shape for football season because it's hard to push yourself with cardio. It gets annoying fast and you don't go 100. When someone is running next to you and it becomes a competition, you start giving 100% effort.

Nobody needs to know anything about your work if you're confident that you're going to be putting your best foot forward when the season starts. Sharing that kind of stuff screams both insecurity and softness to me. Especially when it's so obviously crafted and produced like it was in KP's case - his social media stuff is just as cringeworthy as Melo's to me at this point, maybe even worse.
And to be clear, I'm talking specifically about GENERIC workout videos. If a guy is working out with a legend, practicing a new move, or doing something quirky/weird, then I can understand the impulse to share that. But cardio work? Getting shots up in the gym? Lifting weights? Congratulations, you're doing the job you're being paid to do...and you still feel the need to prove it. Weak.

Really good & true. Nothing KP has done on the court (or at least not much) since being in the league makes me feel nervous about him. But the way he's acted since the season ended does. Like Phil or not, he's acting in a self-interested and even possibly bizarre way.
