Randle caught the Kentucky Boogie Cousins Virus.

Guess it's a new variant. Less talent but hopefully not more communicable, or it might catch Noel and IQ.

Man I bet when Randle was in school, hs, even college he was a bully. He is used to getting his way and "winning" when he's above the rules. He cant change who he is now he's an adult.

That guy always has his paws in something he shouldn't. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

higher expectations, and he cant handle that. he needs to be in new orleans or sacramento or okc

Were there really higher expectations, though? They brought in Walker and Fournier to take pressure off him. I'd think if anything, he'd be expected to produce less offense than last year, although that comes with the expectation of passing a little bit more. If that's the issue, then he's simply got a bad attitude.

If he's being constantly woken up by a crying baby, that explains a lot. I would have to stay in a hotel. That sounds like a nightmare.

As a dad, I dunno if this explains everything. He's been a dad before, but also, he has the money and resources to get services that normal people don't. I'd understand a lot more if his wife was pissed off at the world though. Women have it a lot worse. Shat, I had a lot of fun with my baby, cause my wife had the much harder job.

Maybe there's other stuff that's going on, but this dad thing...eh.

Not to be a d*ck but it’s pretty telling that his wife and son traveled to LA. She has a newborn but needs to tote two kids across country to accompany dad while he throws tantrums?

Idk but to me that screams of a mentally weak and psychologically dysfunctional husband/father if he’s toting his entire family with him on the road, especially a newborn.

Maybe it’s just my culturally out-of-touch take, but you’d think a hundred+ million dollar contract would be enough comfort for him to leave his family at home while he goes to work for a week on the road. Instead we see a grown man throwing tantrums and isolating himself in protest while his wife and kids wait for him afterwards for what? Hugs and kisses? Grow up and do your job, man.

Don't think it's dickish. Like I said, it might be stuff that's beyond just normal fatherhood issues. Family, who knows. It could also be that Kendra is helping Randle with his struggles too.

Not trying to talk about his family but...that is a strange fact. Traveling the country...at every home game....with a pandemic that is killing people? He's always fuggin mad. Treats teammates and staff like dirt. Hides from the media. His effort on the court has been trash for most of the year. Something is going on with him.

We really don’t know and it’s probably better we don’t guess. Like this board went crazy over follows I don’t want to see where people go following that train of thought. I don’t think we should start down that slippery slope.

I don't care to get into it but....who cares? The guy is showing signs of mental distress on some level. Why? Don't know don't care. GTFOH. I would slap my daughter if she dragged my grandkids...around the country right now. Especially to witness his behavior on a nightly basis. It makes no sense. Not a good look...and not a healthy decision IMO. Slip sliding away.

Whatever, I’d totally tell him this sh*t to his face and am not at all hiding behind the anonymity of the internet to express my uninformed insensitive feelings about the man’s family life!

Even though for real he’s the one choosing to put his family in the public eye. But you’re right we don’t have enough context to comment on his family life.

It’s very rare we see the type of interaction we saw with Randle. Last time I remember that on the Knicks was Zeke and one of our guys when he was coaching.
