OT: Anyone have league pass on a mac?

Post#1 » by DunkingStarks » Wed Jan 12, 2011 4:34 am

I have nba league pass broadband and it loads but the window stays black and no picture comes up. It was working in the beginning of the season but now I get nothing. I've tried safari, firefox, and chrome. Ive installed flip4mac and still nothing. I've tired searching google but I just get results for the iphone app mostly.

I live in FL and thank god there have been a few Knick games on tv recently. I have an old pc laptop I sometimes use but the battery doesn't work and its really inconvenient.

Any help would really be appreciated.

The same thing is happening to me. When you click on the mini-screen button it comes up, but it is really small.

It usually works. This has only happened to me for one other game maybe a month or 2 ago in the middle of watching it.

Do you have an external monitor or tv connected?

I unplugged my monitor, reloaded and it worked. Then I plugged my monitor back back in and it worked.

No I'm on a macbook pro. The mini screen works. Thanks I didnt know about that but wow its small. I'm zooming in on it but still this is not cool. I even reinstalled snow leopard hoping that would fix it.

I am using a macbook pro too. I have no idea why, but when I unplugged my monitor and plugged it back in it worked. Using Firefox.

I dont get it. It worked all last season and the start of this season. It let me watch an archived game but now it wont let me scroll over to view past games.

Have you updated Adobe Flash lately? I'm guessing that's your problem.

1. Hold Control and right click on black screen (on your NBA League Pass)
2. select "Settings..."
3. select "Display" (far left)
4. You want to disable "Enable hardware acceleration" by clicking off the check mark.
5. Close the League Pass window completely and relaunch it.

Problem solved.

I've been having problems with my porn on mac lately. Hopefully this clears it up. Cheers, brother.

Most streaming porn sites use flash, so it is probably that. Some use Windows Media Player though, so that could also be your problem.

I got the introductory pass but let it expire when I got it on TV. Didn't have any problems though when I had it on my Mac.

Works fine for me. Make sure you're not using Safari though. It's the chlamydia of browsers.

The NBA League Pass is $39 for Sprint customers on the iPhone. It’s $189 for all broadband platforms, including ATV. Why would I buy the ATV version instead of just getting the iPhone version and running it through the ATV via AirPlay or Mirroring?

And 2nd question…my wife has a Sprint iPhone. Can I download and pay for the service on her phone, and then DL and use it on my T-Mobile iPhone via wifi?

There's a box you can check during the update process so ittl do it automatically in the future on the background.
