Bynum responds:

The NBA is a weird place! How can a man that plays 0 defense call a 2 time champion soft? @wheretheydothatat

Bynum's bitchass would have been traded if it were up to Kobe.

it is really funny how guys throw out the championship stuff when there is no other defense.. I mean, fisher, ariza, even the bums that ride the bench have rings.. come on bynum, this clown can't even play a full season.. pau is soft, plain and simple..

It kind of does. I would say outplaying Dwight in the finals and then KG and Perk the next year qualifies as being tough. Yes Pau's game is more finesse than power but so is Tim Duncan's. I don't like the comments by Amare, Pau is proven. I thought he should have won finals MVP last year with Kobe playing so bad in Game 7.

I dont see the big deal...amare meant that Pau has a finesse game....not to mention he gave credit to odom/bynum

Bynum shouldnt be talking Pau has two rings thanks to Kobe playing his ass off in the playoffs

KG handed pau his rear end when boston won their first ring... and pau never outplayed dwight? listen we already seen pau in dwight shoes, and the grizzlies were not that good.. dwight is a beast and is leading a team of average players to one of the better records in the league... I hate when people try to defend pau, by saying he outplayed these guys.. that has not happened.. the lakers gang tackle, they use the length of odom, bynum and pau. if those clowns had to stand solo like those other guys did, he would get steamrolled..

Andrew Bynum would never be what he is today if it wasn't for Kareem Abdoul Jabaar.

Amar'e shut your mouth, about calling players soft, because he is soft on defense.

Pau Gasol > Amar'e Stoudemire.

Say what you want, Pau has Kobe, but look at what Pau did in Memphis. Pau's game may be soft, but Amar'e has no right to call anyone soft with the way he plays defense. You can dunk on people all you want, but you also have to protect the other end.

I agree that winning 2 rings in and of itself doesn't make you not soft, BUT I also agree that someone who doesn't put forth an effort on defense isn't in a position to be calling anyone soft.

Amare is a cocky fella, and say any ish that is on his mind honestly. I remember him saying that he's better than bosh and didn't give a F wat people thought of his opinion. That is his mindset, and he tells it like it is based on wat he really thinks. Now I'm not saying wat he said was right, but he is one cocky bastard and that is wat I love about him. This is Amare being Amare, and guess wat, if people are offended by wat he said, then u haven't seen the old Knicks who talked trash bout all their opponents. Amare is an old school knick to me who doesn't have to be all friendly to his opponents.

KG did destroy Pau in 2008 and that year Pau did play softer than baby doo doo. but let's not re-write history. Pau had a few 50 win or near 50 win seasons in Memphis and his second best player was Mike Miller, he had a big load to carry and he did well as the #1 guy. and we saw what happened when Pau matched up against Dwight. Dwight simply could not guard Pau's turnaround jumper in the post and Pau was able to hold Dwight in the post. which may have been because Dwight's post game lacked polish at the time. but give credit where credit is due Pau was the best big man in that series.

Im expecting Amare to go bananas in the playoffs with all this sh*t talking. I dont mind it at all, in fact I like it, but back it up boss. Playing some D and hittin them boards would be a start.
