The new look Nuggets looked great even after dealing away their franchise player Carmelo Anthony before the deadline. They are young and they are deep. Assuming Nene returns they have talented players pretty much throughout their rotation. JR Smith may leave via FA so some depth at SG behind Arron Afflalo might make some sense.

JORDAN HAMILTON, SF, TEXAS

Would have said Honeycutt but DEN would probably need to address SG, which Hamilton will do perfectly here.

Iman would look great next to Lawson, Gallo and Wilson. Word is they like Harris and you have to consider they may lose Nene (so even Tyler makes sense)...my gut says Shumpert. Lol, maybe they stick it to the Blazers or Thunder by taking "The Big Promise", Reggie Jackson. I say Iman. And I don't like it.

Hamilton, lots of value here

Someone else: Nikola Mirotic




He is a backup power forward that they can stash overseas and develop. They have enough depth on their roster and can afford to develop a big in Europe for a year or two.

The Nuggets have had Tobias Harris in for 3 workouts, and they really seem to like him. I don't think they figured that Hamilton would still be on the board with this pick, so I don't know what they will do, but I am going to go with Harris.

Went with Hamilton. BPA and can replace JR's scoring punch off the bench.

They should trade the pick for a pick next year if they can't get a quality big.
