Best Baron Davis mix

Clipper fan here.

When Baron comes back and if healthy, he will make it so much easier for everyone. Still has amazing court vision and one of the best passing PG's in the league. Blake Griffin said he would give him 6-8 easy points per game. Imagine what he'd do for Amare/Melo/Tyson. Here is a mix of his days in LA, without a doubt the best Baron mix I've seen on YouTube:

Nice video. I just really can't wait for him to come back. I know he can be a good leader on the floor and really help out guys like Iman Shumpert and Toney Douglas during the game, even though he does that already.

Nice mix (although posted before.) If he can get back into motivated LA Clipper form for us then it'll be a gamechanger.

Although his best days are left behind in Golden State.

This is the kind of post that irks me. You just *had* to end it on a negative note. We don't need Baron's best days to be a success. 75% of what he was as a Warrior would suffice here considering the crap we run out there at the PG position.

I still said his LA Clipper form would still be great for us. I wasn't expecting to get his Warrior prime, I was actually a fan of him during those days.

If only TD had 1% of the passing and court vision of Baron

We would be 5-0

I hope our core guys stay healthy enough to make a nice run, and I really hope Baron re-signs next year too. I still don't understand how we can possibly retain him after next season since we'd lack cap room and his early-Bird raise would be peanuts. But that's putting the cart before the horse.

I *****ing love Baron Davis and am very excited to see what he can do with STAT, Melo, and Tyson.

Mark Jackson was the last one. Like really, think about it. He really was.

I feel you. The negativity around here is just starting to have a cumulative effect on me nowadays. :)

Ummm, yes he was. It took him almost 2.5 months to learn how to run a simple pick and roll play with Amar'e. He's not a creative passer at all. He's a drive and kick PG and an uptempo PG who scores and can make simple passes in transition. Really struggles in the halfcourt set though.

Agree on Felton not being a true passer. I hated Marbury, but dude could pass. Before that, Rick Brunson bitches.

J/K... off the top of my head, here's the historical list of starting PGs during my 25 years of fandom:

Baron Davis
Toney Douglas
Chauncey Billups
Raymond Felton
Chris Duhon
Nate Robinson
Steve Francis
Stephon Marbury
Mark Jackson's corpse
Charlie Ward
Chris Childs
Howard Eisley
Derek Harper
Greg Anthony
the original Mark Jackson
Rod Strickland
Rory Sparrow

Of that list, I'd say Baron Davis, Mark Jackson, (sometimes) Marbury, and Rod Strickland are the best playmakers. Derek Harper was the man, though.
