RealGM

I'm starting this. The summer is almost over and I want to get one in before school starts (well, start one before school starts). Vets get first dibs obvs, then after that we fill it with the guys who are serious about making the commitment. We can work out the judging again, but I think we agreed on something like each member participating ranks their top 5 teams and we rank the teams in a tournament and do a vote on that as well.

Every GM participating must nominate and rank their top 5 teams in the end for the following categories:

- best offense
- best defense
- best youth
- best win-now
- best salary cap management

Obviously you can't pick your own team. Then we can assign points 1-5 and we can easily crown a winner.

Added incentive: you can't win if you don't do your nominations and rankings.

Everything else, same rules. You can pick the new rookies now if you dare. I'm just starting this up, but moocow, paco can take care of the randomizing and other stuff.

Also, whatup with a RealGM fantasty league? I participated this past season, was out of my eliment and didn't do so well (to say the least). Hopefully I'll get a chance to join a head to head league (which is right up my alley).
