So I'm pledging a fraternity right now (won't name which) and one of our tasks is to collect 250 panties, tie them together, and hang them on a flagpole in front of the library.

We have 150 panties and we'll be stealing/finding/getting 100 more by Wed.

Any ideas on how to hang them without getting caught?
