Both are statistically impossible, but hey, you never know

good luck figuring out a bipolar team like Baylor. They could lose 1st round or they could make a run to the sweet 16/elite 8, they are that random.
It's like betting on an Atlanta Hawks game.

I read somewhere you have better odds winning the lotto twice than filling a perfect bracket

That's probably true if you randomly select every game. But using a little common sense/bball knowledge like picking all the 1s will drastically improve your odds.
Still very close to impossible. I read somewhere that in the millions of brackets submitted to ESPN in the last several years there wasn't even a perfect first round.

You gotta verify the account, go to the Tourney Pickem page on Yahoo, then it should say something like a Verify Email button. Then you gotta click a link in your email to be verified.

The odds of winning the lottery is better than guessing the exact winners of 32 games, then 16 games, then 8 games, then 4 games and then 2 games.

Warren Buffet is an a$$hat. So he has a bunch of dreamers playing for something that they can't get. Just a rich prick flaunting his money to the world. What is the purpose of this? Reminds me of the 2 rich dudes from Trading Places.

Trying to drive traffic...and revenue...it's why he's got so much money. That and putting all his money into self directed IRA's that he then uses to invest in real estate tax free (why they said his secretary was in a higher tax bracket than he was).

Yeah, I get that everything he does is about getting his money. My issue is if you are going to part with a Billion dollars:
1) Make it something worthwhile like giving one thousand families of children who excel academically $1,000,000 (people forget a billion dollars is a million dollars x1000)
and
2) Make it achievable. An impossible where the participants are sure to get nothing and you are guaranteed to grow your stack is despicable.
