Hahn: Jose Calderon should not play the rest of the year

Hahn right now: Jose Calderon should not play another minute this season.
Edit: Same for Sasha.
Saying need to be about Grant, KP, Jimmer, seeing what we have in the young players. Jose's defense sucks the wind and spirit out of his teammates. Rolo is exhausted, makes KP confused. Somebody needs to get angry.

But what about the disconnect between management on Jimmer, where Rambis indicates pretty strongly his promotion was an "upper management thing to pump up the player development of the DLeague team", where as he thinks he's a SG and won't play him that much, as it takes away from the players who have "been here all year".
Way to run a tight ship. At least these Phil acolytes speak their mind.

The secondary problem is all these soft coaches that come by here and not show any fire and desire (Clydeism)
Thibs would be lighting up Jose on the bench and would never let him see the light of day on the court again.

I mean Hahn is still a reporter so I wouldn't read too much into it. But if there's resistance to Thibs, I'd suspect that could become a rift. I think he and Phil can coexist though. Easily and well.

I think that Kurt is hard and showing desire. Just not focused in correct location at this time.

If defending penetration and the other teams PG is such an issue - why the hell are we bringing up Jimmer of all people.
Why not take a blanking chance on a defensive minded PG?????
This makes me wonder if Phil has already started the process of getting himself fired.

Hahn also knows the game, and how teams are attacking Jose, its the merry-go-round of plays. PnR him to death, he can't fight through screens, so bomb away.

Jose is like 36 and was never fast or athletic to begin with...of course he's going to get waxed on a nightly basis by all these younger, faster, more athletic, and more talented guards. Rambo should know this and stop playing him so much, and Phil should've known this and tried to address the backcourt in FA
