Would certainly be good for our confidence and momentum heading into our 3 game home stand (as the 3 seed). Big game in regards to either closing out this 5 game road trip with a winning or losing record (3-2 vs. 2-3). Hopefully Rose plays.

Big game, but Rose should not play if he's not feeling 100%. I said this after the first time he tweaked his back, and I'll say it again - back injuries are no joke and one wrong step will set him out for weeks. Better to be safe than sorry and let him rest until he's 100%.

This will be Gary Harris's 2nd game back from injury. In the 1st game, the Nuggets used this starting lineup for the 1st time and dropped 132 (38 in the 1st quarter) on Portland...
Mudiay
Harris
Gallo
Wilson
Jokic
The Knicks must come ready to defend or they will get blown off the floor.

True. I made a mistake in one of my fantasy leagues by letting Gary Harris go after he was initially injured and out 4-6 weeks. At the time, I had cut him for Ish Smith and made the most out of him for the two or so weeks while he was still starting for Reggie Jackson.
I did, however, pick up Lou Williams early so I'm not hurting as much from Harris' loss. Especially with a team that has Harden, KP, Myles Turner, McCollum, and Fournier as my core pieces, I've been able to knock down a ton of threes early on

"Anthony called this game a 'must win', according to reports out of Denver."

A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away the New York Knicks fans didn't whine, "Oooooh I hope this player doesn't play tonight. He might get hurt..." Meanwhile the player is probably getting his toes licked by a hot piece of a$$ and throwing money on the fire. The Knicks and their fans were feared throughout the galaxy.
We need to take a Sith approach. Reward ambition for like um, once.
I actually DON'T care if Derrick Rose plays or not. If he goes out "Barren Davids" style, he's off the books at the end of the season. We already have one broken lame player in Noah. Caged animal looks more like a $17M per season house cat.
The player we should be concerned about is Melo. He's logging in heavy minutes and part of that is due to the fact, Lance Thomas in Cantonese means "
softer than Charles Smith."
I hope both Melo and Rose sit out so, we can see the genius of Phil's system as we did against the Warriors. Oh my, did we lose?

I hope Melo is rest because he usually struggles defensively again the point forward types and Gallo definitely fits that description.

The increased elevation should be good for it, no? It should decrease the compression feeling.

Denver sucks. No excuses not to win tonight if Melo plays!
