Probably Deron Williams is the one who can teach him most but he is really bad in these days.

Why don't we offer some money to a european vet?

Bring back Jennings. He had great chemistry with KP.

The defense with Bledsoe and Frank on the perimeter while KP protects the rim would be fun to watch. Also would likely push us into 45 win territory IMO.

I just cant see PHX do a Lee for Bledsoe deal.
Bledsoe is 4 years younger, twice as good and is on the shorter deal. They don't even have a guy waiting in the wings to take over unless folks think that's Ulis.

My pick is Trey Burke if he is still available... still only 24 yrs old. Played well last year... feel like Horny can get close to Bledsoe level of play from him.

Shved is my second option

If Knicks are looking for a mentor for Frank they need someone that obviously has played well in their NBA career, that has been a great teammate and has an excellent reputation around the league, that accepts the role of mentor and wants to make Frank and the Knicks as a team better, they must realize they are going to have to probably split time at the very least with the rookie...... whoever fits that (no idea) who though, hopefully Knicks do.

What about Greivis Vasquez? I believe he is available. You guys think he'd take the vets minimum?

No they didn't... they pick Jennings up to be added to the entire back court rotation...to give Wall/Beal some rest moving closer to the playoffs... Trey minutes never changed and yes he played well. He is only 24 yrs old, 4/5 year of NBA experience and he is getting better. Efficiency wise he might have had his best year last year.

Jennings is injury prone old, can't shoot, and only plays one way. Dude is so frail you still going to need to get another PG into the season...We are building a young squad, and you want to waste time with a Jennings... smh.

You all love to hype present knicks (Baker) and former knick players.... smh

Whatever happened to the rumor of us being interested in signing Xavier Rathan Mayes to a contract or two way contract?? He looked like a smart player in the little we saw of him.

Return to New York Knicks
