O.K it's that time of year again and with 2K releasing in mid September (Live18 I believe in Dec), I felted that it was just the right time to bring up some discussions about them. I'm hearing that Live18 has really stepped up this year and might actually be the better game. I've also heard that both Ball and Fultz will both be rated 80 in 2K so my question would be what is DSJ, Monk, Fox and of course Frank?

Looks like boo boo.
I will buy it Black Friday or Christmas.
I don't feel like spending $100 on a game I will hardly play.

My body is ready for Destiny 2. My pre-order has been in for months and it comes out before 2k so I know damn well I will not be playing it at all. I'm going to be busy smacking Titans and Warlocks around in my free time. #Hunter4Life

i only watched like 45 secs combined of each video lol, but he's putting to much emphasis on ovr rating,

cant compare ratings of a pg like markelle to dwight who's a C.

Your right, but you cant tell me that that Fultz is coming into the league wit a rating higher than players like Schroder, Dragic, Rubio, Hill, Payton, D.Russell, Lyn, Holiday, Parker, Knght, and Teague. Giving him a rating of 80is like saying he's already a top 10 point guard in this league all though he hasn't even touched an NBA court yet.

let me know when 2k goes back to what it was like from '10 - '14, and i didn't have to sit through 2 hours of videos i can't skip, and all of these cut scenes i don't give a **** about, just to do a game in my career, which should take 20 minutes.

I'm fairly excited for this year because the extended GM mode. I usually only buy 2k every two years since they don't change that much year to year. Also 2k ratings are usually crap anyway, the community ratings are much more realistic.

i actually kinda liked last years nba2k17 myplayer story mode, as for nba live game has been trash forever buggy as hell only reason they keep making it is all that EA money.... makes me wish we could get a non-madden NFL game

Live has been garbage for like 10-15+ years straight. Probably longer... I don't expect things to change all of a sudden.

Not even on 2k's worst day.. Live is god awful.

Anyway I really liked 2k17's mycareer story line. Was legit the first time I ever played a full season of myplayer. They kept it interesting. Also helped my incentive to play it that I'm big on pro am and you don't want go in with a bum ass myplayer in that mode lol. I rarely played any ranked or head to head games in 17 like I usually do

I stopped buying Madden years ago. I don't miss it at all.

You probably didn't have a Clan to raid with and got smacked hard in crucible. :lol:

I know a lot of posters game on here because like me, half of you maybe watch 1 or 2 TV shows at most.

Mods can merge the 2k thread here and we can post about all games under the sun.

Playerunknown's Battlegrounds and Overwatch at the moment, I only play on PC though. I have a PS4 that's collecting dust that I might clean off when 2k18 comes out, other than that I find console gaming subpar.
