Yep, one of assistant coaches said in pre-game interview that KP is doubtful today, he's feeling unwell.

KP banged a knee in yesterday's game and they were very cautious although it was only a minor thing. Nobody want him to get injured.

At 4:43 I was like....

He banged around with those big goons they had on that team...that was great to see...watching him play in general got me excited for his next step. Hopefully he has full reign this year.

I wonder how seriously these teams play during friendlies. Not sure whether to think about these as NBA preseason games or a little more meaningful. KP sitting as a precaution leads me to believe the former, but there's national pride involved here so hard to call.

Romania is probably the only team his help is not needed to win. Our team lost to Poland when Kristaps was in South Africa and later he helped to beat them, so he clearly makes a huge difference.

Spain eked out a 23:22 lead after the first period. They maintained the lead throughout the second frame. Spain arrived at halftime up by three points 41:38. The hosts extended the margin in the third term. Spain used a 23:12 run to open a 14-point advantage at the final intermission. Senegal cut the distance in the fourth frame but could not avoid the loss.
