well he's apparently grown a lot in his time in China

If there's was actually a notion that Marbury would ever be welcomed back in NY by Dolan I'd say bring him on as an "advisor" or an assistant something or other. I do believe he's a different guy in the head. Problem is the body is likely done for.

I would sign him to a 10-day contract and let him retire a Knick. Nice gesture to a long-time NBA vet. Build some goodwill around the NBA...

I enjoyed watching and reading this IG post. Wasn't particularly a fan of his in his Knicks days and the aftermath, but this makes me root for this to go well for him.

He might still be able to play occasionally. He's in shape. No way he could play a whole season anymore though.
