Minor trade for us to get rid of Mindaugas so they can open up a spot to bring back Joakim:

Knicks Receive: PHO 2018 2nd Round Pick
76ers Receive: C/F Greg Monroe and F Derrick Jones Jr.
Suns Receive: C Jahlil Okafor, SF Mindaugas Kuzminskas and G Jerryd Bayless

I think it works for all parties involved. Thoughts?

Delly/Thon/Vaughn?

We do not want Kanter. KOQ is the guy we'd want.

I'll take either...But by trading for Kanter, you have to get rid of Delly or Henson

so we get this years Phx 2nd rounder for Kuz?

Id do it honestly

I like Kuz better than some random 2nd rounder but if we have to make a move this is a goodish one

Our defense is already a problem. Going from Henson to Kanter only makes the problem that much worse. Kanter would serve zero utility for our current squad. He's a terrible fit. He's Monroe without the passing and porous defensive effort. If Kanter is the return for Henson, I'll stay put.

There is nobody available on Milwaukee's roster that justifies trading away either KOQ or Kanter for. Those that I assume to be available would either add longer, heavy contracts and/or wouldn't be able to play a significant role on our roster.

I mean, it's already been established that you two have scoffed at KOQ as a return for a questionable return for an injury plagued Jabari. Who else is there?

Then there's nothing that can be accomplished.

Kanter + Beasley for Shumpert + Cedi Osman + Ante Zizic. Cut Shumpert or Sessions.

Or Kanter for Shumpert + Frye + Cleveland unprotected first.

I feel like Cleveland could really use a player like Kanter and Courtney Lee. They have a few prospects and some picks.

If we could turn kanter + Lee + Beasley into JR /Shumpert/Frye (cut all 3) and get back that Nets pick, that would be ideal. Then call up Burke.

Give Kanters mins to Noah and Willy (a partially healthy Noah would actually be our best starting center)

I don’t want JR or Shumpert bad influences around Frank. So cut them

Since this is a hypothetical/what if discussion--- How many contracts would we have to dump to create 2 Max Slots? My Dream scenario would be landing a SF in the draft (Porter/Doncic/Knox) and signing Lebron and Cousins in the offseason. Our rookie SF can be groomed by Lebron.

PG: Ntilkina
SG: Hardaway
SF: Lebron
PF: Porzingis
C: Cousins

Does anyone know if Kanters visa situation has been resolved, or a work around established?
I remember hearing OKC was working on it and they were supposedly close, but then he was traded here.

If that isn't resolved, what eastern playoff team would want to trade for him if he might miss half the potential games against Toronto?

Why has Mindaugas Kuzminskas fallen out of the rotation?
What are the Knicks looking for in a trade?
Also what the deal with Hernangomez? What are you looking for if he is dealt?

Most likely we’d want a young small forward for him.

Questions about Dotson....what are chances he's one of the people traded to make room for Noah?

If he by chance isn't traded, then do you think he'll stay on the travel roster at least for November?

Hoping he gets to come play at home, I'm a fan of his and my friend went to college with him and we have tickets to the game (courtside so long as none of the company's clients bring kids)
