The TWolves just picked up his option for 2018-19. That means we'll be able to sign him for 2019-20, right? I think we can really get him too. He grew up a Knick fan.

A target I hope the FO has in mind is Noel. I think he's gone no matter what this summer.

Him next to KP puts us in a good position to grow into a top defensive team. He can guard out on the perimeter and he can defend the rim.

The issues are

A. He's due for a big contract this summer
B. He has to be the roll guy because he can't shoot at all outside of 3 feet.

I assume they'd want WHG back in any deal. If there was a way we could dump Kanter instead (IE take on Powell in the deal), that would be my preference.

If we could land him & keep WHG, then we'd have our big man rotation set for the foreseeable future. Any combination of the 3 can play together.

In that lineup tho, I'd start Ntilikina alongside Kyrie and bring THJr off the bench as a scoring threat 6MOY type (similar to Eric Gordon's role).

I'd normally stick with youth but I would take Nelson over Sessions/Jack combo any day of the week. Frank can actually learn a thing or two from Nelson. That said, I doubt he ends up in a Knick uniform. I am sure his agent is already getting calls from contenders.

That's cool man, thats your opinion and I can def see why you'd say that as Showtime Lakers is one of the best teams of all time with some of the most beautiful ball movement I've ever seen. I still have to disagree tho. Only team I'd pit against the Warriors would be Jordan's Bulls, I don't think Celtics Big 4 would be able to handle Golden State. That's just my opinion
