This is honestly just patently false.

Go ahead and find me 3 examples of Jordan flopping.

Jordan did lots of "veteran" stuff but he never flopped, that's just totally false.

You realize that the post that you quoted said that Jordan was so good at flopping that there was no evidence of it, right?

Lol no, that's not an argument, more like a conspiracy theory.

Just find me an example of Jordan flopping? There are thousands of hours of him playing online. Just one.

This is the part of the conversation where you say that "I wish I didn't ask for that."

you're right. blocks aren't defensive stops. & KP should be quick enough to jump out to the perimeter each time our guards loses their man.

Personally, even though my eyes tell me that I can see players altering their shots because of KP, or even passing up shots because of his presence, that that must really be the fault of those guards having a lack of self confidence and gumption, so KP isn't really making a difference in those plays and the same thing would happen no matter who was the center and even if the center was 6'5", fat, and slow, with short arms.

Ok in this one I will concede a point.

That's a nice flop, which doesn't look like a flop at all.

He is even the best at flopping.

But you won't find many of those types of flopping and close to zero during attacking the basket.

Opposing team FG% goes down 9% when KP plays.

Despite what the individual defensive stats say, that is a pretty impressive differential.

Crazy that opponents shoot way better from 3 (44%) then at the rim (34%) against KP

The rim protection from KP so far has been all-defense type elite.

KP running around the paint esp in the 4th with 3 or less fouls should be illegal. Imagine if we pair him with another shot blocker.

Entire scholarly works have been made of Lebron flopping.

Lebron flopping became "a thing" with youth.

Lets not act as if there isn't a vast chasm between the occasional MJ flop and Lebron who has literally made a career of bitching after every missed layup.

Yeah, he just made a career of b*tching after every foul called on him.

With Weinstein, Spacey, CK, Ratner, etc out of the way, I wouldn't be surprised if MJ is next for the way he abused referees for years in the 90s.

He did get favorable reffing, but come on, Lebron is the only player today who is allowed to constantly get in a refs face without a tech.

Enough about this nonsense though. This thread is about Porzingis, best player in the league.

Jokic is a stud, but he's nowhere near KPs level, and it's surprising that this is being entertained on a Knicks board. He averaged 13 less points and is a net negative defender while KP is one of the most impactful defenders in the league. KP has separated himself from all the other good young players on the league outside Giannis, and that includes Jokic and even KAT and Embiid.
