The Toronto Raptors have agreed to trade Mike Conley and a 2019 second round draft pick to the Utah Jazz in exchange for Goran Dragic, Buddy Hield, Justise Winslow, Lucas Noguiera, Vince Carter and a 2018 first round draft pick.
