Because everyone is bio-mechanically the same, what works for 1 clearly is going to work for all.
brb eating 12,000 calories a day because it works for Michael Phelps

Yes, making a comparison to another basketball player with a similar build is clearly worse than pulling the info from nowhere like you did

You're acting as if Frank will put on muscle as if he's bodybuilding, and not like he's a professional athlete gearing his muscle gain towards performance.

similar build? outside of long arms whats makes them similar?

With professionals helping these guys put the weight on, the type of mass these kids put on is usually beneficial rather than the reverse. Considering Frank's build right now, he can put a good amount of lean muscle on without slowing down. World class trainers can probably accomplish a lot, I've seen college and even Highschool programs help kids gain good chunks of weight without having too much negative impact on Bodyfat percentage and actually increasing explosiveness.

Proportionally, they are similar.

Do you even have one example of a basketball player being slowed down by lean muscle?

Long arms high square shoulders. Just by how Frank is build you can tell when he puts on muscle its going to look in the mold of a Dwight Howard/Giannis. He has those square shoulders that are just meant to look good when build up.

Image

Dennis Smith Jr for an example is well built but not as broad and long as Frank. Frank has a massive chest and shoulder to put muscle on.

Frank is blessed with that build.

He has the frame to dress with more mass. Seems fairly obvious.

When Frank's gonna add muscle he's gonna look like mini Giannis.

He doesn't have the elite passing skills and court vision of rondo. At least not yet. If he ever develops anything close to that we're talking about a future hall of famer

Isn't that the one thing players never really develop? I think his vision is pretty good already. I guess passing could come up a little.

I think he'll always be the solid but not spectacular sort of PG - even when he's performing at a much higher level than now on offense.

Even Rondo took some time to develop, so I would say passing skills/vision can def be improved/developed with experience. Maybe its more of a PG mindset and PG IQ that you either have or don't have. A certain feel and approach for the game that can't be taught.

I am not sure if Frank will ever get to Rondo's elite of level of vision/passing, but I would not say its impossible. He def has a great feel for the game. So far his vision and the way he sees the court has been the part of his game I have been the most impressed by. Him and Rondo are different players, but there rookie season stats are pretty comparable so far

Rookie Rondo:
23.5mpg, 6.4ppg, 3.8apg, 1.8TO, 1.6spg

Frank:
20.5mpg, 4.8ppg, 4.3apg, 2.1TO, 2.0spg

Nobody is going to listen to you. Just give up. The reality is that name is a long-standing joke since the spring. Accept it or don't post in the thread. Complaining about it every day won't change the fact that it won't be changed by Cap.

Don't stress yourself over what Frank's body is now..

Give the kid time and Just chill out.. Look at his face.. He looks like he is 15 years old.. His body will naturally develop in like 3 years..

Yes, Frank is in the gym lifting to get stronger like every other rookie, but nobody even asked Frank to put on a lot of weight.. I don't know why all you have your panties in a bunch..

He still doesn't get that dissing the name doesn't impact me AT ALL  Every time somebody whines about it the joke gets funnier. Wonder when he'll show up, btw. He's a good sport.
