Or this year's Jeremy Lin who knows. Not sure how either way it's a bad idea to put him in a NYK uniform sooner rather than later no?

If we're cutting Sessions for him, there's no downside, worst case scenario is he sucks and doesn't play

I just think that's the most likely scenario

Undrafted fa vs lottery player

This year's Tony Wroten

Wroten couldn’t shoot. This is a shooters league

I'll take completely missing the point for 1000, Alex

We're not comparing playstyles

There's literally nothing to lose by performing this move. No idea why the knicks are refusing to do this.

Well your point is terrible then. You compared him to a completely unrelated player at s completely different position with a completely different skill set.

Both point guards

Both had great starts to their careers

Both flamed out within 4 years

Both have (had) huge support from a few Knick fans who believe they're the future

By all means, cut Sessions and sign him, worst case scenario is he's bad and we just drop him at the end of the year

I'm just saying it's highly likely he's done in the league

When did the Knicks rehire Donnie Walsh?

When did CJ become the second coming?

I don't mean to break it to folks, but CJ isn't worth that much to any team.

You might not like it or might not realize how good CJ is but he's worth what i mentioned and if not then it will be really close to that and he's good....really good and if he wasn't playing in the shadows (somewhat) of Lilliard he'd be showing more.

That's more than Boston gave up for Kyrie, who is better.

You think that's more than I.Thomas, J.Crowder and that Brooklyn pick which is looked at as having a very good chance of being the top pick in the draft?? I don't.

They Celtics traded a player with a bad hip, who has said multiple times he wants a max contract when he becomes a free agent this summer.

Kyrie was traded for the Nets' pick.

Oh so I.Thomas can't play the game anymore? And what about J.Crowder who's one of the top defensive/3 and D players in the league?

If they didn't think IT was ever gonna play again they wouldn't of made the trade. He'll be back and when he gets back they'll have a all star PG.

You trust a guy with a bad hip at his size?

One hip check on a screen, or while he attacks the rim, and his season/career could be over.

The trade was made for the Nets' pick, since the Cavs think Lebron is leaving.

Better comp is Jimmer. Another scrub who was drafted in the lotto and fans hyped because of D League performances.

Burke had 29 more points tonight to go with his 39 in the previous game. He was 4 for 8 on threes to go with his 6 for 7 on threes the previous game. That's 10 for 15 threes in his last two games for those of you who live in the Bronx. Pretty, pretty good!

the point is this we need a point guard asap whether it burke, jordan clarkson, tyreke evans, cj mccollum, michael carter williams, kemba walker, lou williams or Emmanuel Mudiay our point guard situation is just that bad. Frank is very raw right now he can't even make layups right now i give A effort but defense is solid is offense is just a mess.

Pretty similar stats to what Jimmer did for us in the G-League, and Jimmer's in China now

Burke would be the best overall PG on this team. People forget he was a lottery pick and an All-NBA 1st Rookie Team. This kid can play! He's not Ron Baker.

I don't know why anyone should care where Burke was picked 4 years ago, or that he was 1st team in a draft class where Michael Carter-Williams was ROY.

None of that prevented him from being in the D League now.

No one disagrees with that.
