The overreaction to one statement about one particular matchup in a playoff game was ridiculous, especially to buttress Hermangomez. How it wasn't known that Kanter is a better player than Hermangomez is baffling.

Deep down I'd bet the same that felt this then, feels this way now. Some cannot be convinced because their opinions matter more.

As for Willy, the comparison was never close. Willy can't do anything on a similar level that Kanter can, and now that Kanter has shown the capability of being a willing passer, all comparisons should have permanently ended.
