Until the end of January, they will only have 4 home games to look forward to. Here's their schedule after their Christmas showdown with the Sixers:

Dec. 27 at Chicago
Dec. 28 at San Antonio
Dec. 30 at New Orleans
Jan. 2 San Antonio
Jan. 3 at Washington
Jan. 5 at Miami
Jan. 7 at Dallas
Jan. 10 Chicago
Jan. 12 at Minnesota
Jan. 14 New Orleans
Jan. 15 at Brooklyn
Jan. 17 at Memphis
Jan. 19 at Utah
Jan. 21 at Los Angeles
Jan. 23 at Golden State
Jan. 25 at Denver
Jan. 26 at Phoenix
Jan. 30 Brooklyn
Jan. 31 at Boston

3 game road trips sandwiched with a home game vs. Spurs on Jan. 2. After the home game vs. Pelicans, they have a 7 GAME ROAD TRIP with 6 of them vs. Western Conference teams. Determining their record after this won't be easy, but there's no question this is where their season is on the line.

Over the years, the Knicks have been a weak road team and their season basically goes in the tank after these trips. So I ask all of you, if this season they can turn their miserable fortune around, or will this take away their good start that will ultimately lead to a bad finish?

Weren't we having a nice west coast road trip last season until we lost a game in Phoenix, GS and Denver.

The stretch from Brooklyn to Denver in mid January is going to tell us a lot about what kind of team we actually are. All of those games are winnable outside of Golden State. If you come out of that with a winning record, you've got a potential 3-6 seed. If not, then probably 8-12 seed with a really good home record and bad away record. We ain't tanking stop holding on to the hope. We've already won too many games. Cheer for wins at this point. Not going to be much difference between the number 8 and 15 prospect in this draft anyway.

Its a good thing we actually know when the team will start to slide this yr. Unlike the last 2 years when it came out of nowhere.

Im one of the people who dont think this is a playoff team, especially with the East better than expected. I wont root for the tank though cause its just useless, this team was never bad enough to get a top 5 pick. We'll win our share of games, but not enough to get over the hump. I dont think this team is capable of even surviving an injury to Jarrett Jack, we all know how ugly we looked with Kanter only missing 3 games. Im sure some minor injuries will pop up as the season goes along.

I'll keep supporting these bozos and root for W's, they're a fun group of guys.

Why even look ahead? I can tell you the future for you guys, and it goes like this...

The Knicks will win a few games in a row, and it will be all roasted chestnuts and turtle doves over here.

Then the Knicks will lose a few games in a row, and it will be how the Grinch stole Christmas all over again. Fire everyone. Trade everyone. Ron Baker is a total waste of 2 percent of the cap!

Any other questions?

Bah humbug!!
